If you're like me, are you afraid of the long haul international flights. I only manage to concentrate NOK to see the movie A-and yet, the chances are that the films are not of to choose mine. There is nothing worse than being forced to watch a comedy, which is not fun, or a so-called  "action movie, Â" which have not any action at all.
The obvious option is to bring a book of your choice on board and read it for several hours during the flight. The problem with this option is that the light in the cabin is usually so bad and so misleading that ita is impossible to read the book without doing any damage to your sight!
Enter the new phenomenon of sound book!
For those who donÂ't know, an audiobook is a regular book, instead of printed on paper is available in another medium Â-that of sound. Instead to read the book with your eyes, listen to the book with your ears. And the best part is that the audiobooks are available in various formats including the popular and portable MP3 format.
You can buy an audio book at most bookstores (possibly also the book numbers at the airport), or you can buy it online and download it to your computer. These books were generally cheaper than their print equivalent.
The selection of audiobooks available today are very large. In fact, most of the so-called  "Airport Novels "is available in this format. There is also a wide range of non-fiction, self-help, reference and classic books available. To get an idea of the range of books, google the word  "audiobook storeÂ" and you will see what I mean!
Now back to the flight: just download the book onto your iPod (or similar MP3 player) before boarding aircraft, take it on board, and plug-in headset and enjoy a book you want without the inconvenience and eyestrain associated with reading a regular book.
For the ultimate audio book experience, consider purchasing a noise-free headset. This is because the background noise of a modern jet aircraft can be quite high and can prevent you from hearing the book properly. These headphones are relatively inexpensive and make the world of difference.

Russell Grant, one of Britain's favorite astrologer, was born February 5, 1951 in Hillingdon, Middlesex.
Both parents Grant has worked on studies Pinewood infamous, his mother was in charge of contracts, while his father was a designer.
